Algorithm Engineer (Large Models)
You will develop the core algorithms behind our enterprise large-model applications across retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graphs and multimodal AI, turning frontier algorithms into stable product capability in close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimise algorithms for the retrieval-augmented generation pipeline
- Contribute to knowledge graph construction, entity-relation extraction and governance
- Track frontier progress in large models and multimodal AI and validate technology choices
- Work with engineering to productionise model services
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in computer science, AI or a related field
- Solid machine learning fundamentals with depth in NLP or CV
- Proficient with PyTorch or similar frameworks and able to implement
- Experience with large models, retrieval or knowledge graphs is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork
